Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers should note:

  • Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

While we design for perfect comfort, we understand sometimes an exchange or return is needed. Our policy is as straightforward as our designs.

Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

  • All swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, swim bottoms, and swim tops) must have the hygienic liner intact
  • Multipacks must be returned in their original packaging
  • Final sale items (marked during promotions) cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Thongs
  • Briefs
  • Any swimwear with removed hygienic liners

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request using the template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Portland-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the items securely and ship to our return center (address provided in approval email).
  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference
  • If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product (like 6″ boxer briefs instead of 9″), we’ll cover return shipping. Please include photos of the issue in your email.
