How do I choose the right size in your swimwear?
Our swimwear follows standard sizing but runs slightly snug for optimal support. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Our bikini tops and bottoms are sold separately to ensure your perfect combination.
Are your products suitable for active wear?
Absolutely! Our compression tops, racerback soft bras, and boxer briefs are designed for both lounging and light activity. The moisture-wicking fabrics and seamless designs move comfortably with your body.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 business days after shipping.
Free Shipping (orders over $50): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to some remote areas in Asia and select locations. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders include tracking. DHL/FedEx provides detailed updates immediately, while EMS tracking becomes available 3-5 days after shipment. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships from our Portland headquarters.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please email our customer care team at

How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-10 additional business days).
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and new orders separately for efficiency. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after initiating your return.
